About these services

These terms cover the X Naval Events Discord application, AutoConfig, Event Admin, and the associated public assignment sheets and Orders of Sailing. They do not govern unrelated websites such as Admiralty Archives or NavalReplay.

The tools help community organizers prepare and manage naval gaming events, including signups, team balancing, ship assignments, configuration, and game-server administration. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and access

You must meet Discord's applicable minimum age requirements when using Discord login and comply with applicable law and the rules of the community events you attend.

Administrative access is restricted to authorized members of the designated community Discord server. The ConfigAccess role grants access to AutoConfig; the EventAdmin role grants access to Event Admin. Having one role does not grant the other role's access. Public assignment pages do not require administrative access.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Discord account and for actions you authorize through the tools. Do not share login sessions, access tokens, or administrative credentials. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Use the services only for authorized community event activities. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, impersonate other people, access or disclose private information without authorization, interfere with the services, or introduce malicious content. Do not use the services to harass others or violate applicable law, Discord's rules, or another person's rights.

Administrative controls can change event assignments and game-server operation. Review your changes before submitting them and use only the authority granted to you by the event organizers.

Information you submit and event publications

Submit information you are authorized to provide. The operator may process, store, and display submitted information as necessary to operate the services. When organizers publish an event, its intended public details—including regiment names, team and ship assignments, event rules, and game-server joining details—may be visible to anyone with the public page address. Do not place private administrative credentials or other confidential information in public fields.

These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to the operator. They permit its use only as needed to operate and maintain the services and their intended event publications.

Availability and event decisions

These are community-operated tools. Features, schedules, assignments, and availability may change, and technical errors or interruptions may occur. Check with event staff when published information appears incorrect. Event organizers remain responsible for event decisions; calculated ratings and balancing suggestions are aids, not guarantees of a particular result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and ending access

The operator may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns, loss of an authorized Discord role, or community administration needs. Removal of a role may take a short time to be reflected by the website. You may stop using the services and revoke the application's authorization in your Discord account settings at any time. Revoking authorization does not automatically remove existing event publications or administrative records; contact the operator with questions about those records.

Third-party services

Discord login and the website's hosting depend on third-party services with their own terms and policies. X Naval Events is a community application and is not endorsed by Discord or the game's publisher.

Changes and contact

The operator may update these terms as the services change. The published page will show the effective date of the current terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or the community Discord before they take effect where required by law.
